Our goal is to provide high-quality Quran education.
Refunds are handled as follows:

Free Trial Class

• Trial classes are 100% free.
• No payment required before registering.

Refund Conditions

Refund is provided only if:

• Student has attended 1 or 2 paid classes
• Student is not satisfied with teaching quality
• A valid reason is submitted within 3 days of payment

Non-Refundable Cases

Refund will NOT be provided if:

• Student has attended more than 3 paid classes
• Student misses class due to personal reasons
• Student’s internet/device issues
• Change of mind after classes continue

Teacher Not Available

If a teacher becomes unavailable:

• We provide a replacement teacher
• No refund is needed
• Extra class can be arranged if required

Process for Refund

To request a refund:

Email us at admin@quranicmentors.com with:

• Student Name
• Phone Number
• Date of Payment
• Class enrolled
• Reason for refund

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 working days.
